INGREDIENTS
40ml Billionær Vodka
25ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
10ml Honey
15ml Ginger Cordial
50ml Sparkling Water
METHOD
1. All ingredients are poured directly into the glass over lots of ice, and stirred until mixed well and chilled 2. Garnished with as much colour as possible, using grapes, a long orange zest studded with cloves and fragrant local herbs.
